A set of five late 19th century French hand-hammered copper saucepans, ranging in sizes from 4.5 to 9.5 quarts, and all newly re-tinned so they’re ready for another hundred years of use. Based on their sizes, this set was probably used in the kitchen of a large hotel or country house. Today, they're perfect for making soups, stocks, or any other myriad high volume sauces. The monogram on each piece, 'D.G.', are the initials of the hotel or house these originally belonged to.
